- 1/2 cup Flax Seed
- 1/2 cup Whole Oats
- 1/2 cup grounded Chickpeas OR 1/2 cup grounded Millet
- 1 Table spoon sesame
- 1 Table spoon Olive Oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 cups of water
Steps:
- Ground Flax Seed
- Mix all dry ingredients in baking pan (except sesame)
- Add Olive Oil
- Keep adding water and mixing until you get a homogenous paste
- Spread evenly in baking pan
- Spring the sesame on top
- Leave in oven for 45 minutes at 175 degrees
- After 30 minutes in oven, take the pan out and slice your bread then put back in oven
