Flax Seed Bread

DSC_0031 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Flax Seed
  • 1/2 cup Whole Oats
  • 1/2 cup grounded  Chickpeas OR 1/2 cup grounded Millet
  • 1 Table spoon sesame
  • 1 Table spoon Olive Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 cups of water

Steps:

  • Ground Flax Seed
  • Mix all dry ingredients in baking pan (except sesame)
  • Add Olive Oil
  • Keep adding water and mixing until you get a homogenous paste
  • Spread evenly in baking pan
  • Spring the sesame on top
  • Leave in oven for 45 minutes at 175 degrees
  • After 30 minutes in oven, take the pan out and slice your bread then put back in oven
